Zootopia movie is not just another fun Disney animated movie. I personally think it’s one of the best Disney animated movies Disney has ever produced.
Disney has been making animated feature films for about 80 years, with the Academy Award-winning Big Hero 6 and even the underrated Wreck-It Ralph to its credit.
In Zootopia movie, all mammals have evolved into intelligent creatures, leaving their primitive instincts behind. Judy Hopps (Ginnifer Goodwin) is a bunny who always wanted to be a police officer. The job of a police officer is normally given to large predator animals. With her dreams of becoming a police officer, being a bunny made everyone to laugh at her. She was not given much chance, but still graduated from the police academy top in her class.As this is a job normally held by large predator animals, nobody gives her much of a chance, but she successfully completes the police academy and is assigned to a precinct in the heart of Zootopia, the city where predator and prey animals live together in harmony.

What looked like harmony in the Zootopia full movie didn’t look like it when officer Judy meets Nick Wilde (Jason Bateman), a fox who was not being served at the elephant ice cream counter because of his shifty nature. Well imagine her surprise when she discovered that Nick the Fox is actually a con artist.
Both of them ended up working together as Wilde was one of the last to see a missing person, Otter, alive. Judy the bunny ended up making Nick to help her in her case of a missing person by being smart and I think, er blackmail.
What follows after is a case of a solid detective story/buddy cop movie with a Disney flare. After Zootopia full movie ended, that was when we actually realized what Zootopia was all about. While the prey animals make up 90% of Zootopia’s population, these prey animals, at a natural disadvantage from the predator animals.
Officer Hopps investigation ended up making the majority prey population fear the minority predator population, which gave Zootopia a very deep social meaning.
Inside this Zootopia movie is an animated movie of what happens in real life. lt shows what happens when different people and cultures are crammed together in the same space. It’s not pretty and it’s not always peaceful. There are bias and even outright prejudice and stereotype.
The animation from Zootopia full movie is spectacular. All of the animals all looked beautiful and also amazing. The action sequences are also tight and exciting to watch.
Zootopia cast (voice) is also perfect. In addition to Ginnifer Goodwin and Jason Bateman we also get voice cast of talents like J.K. Simmons, Idris Elba, and Shakira, among others. The characters and actor are also matched perfectly.
On a side note, I really loved the Fox and the Bunny. I also enjoyed watching tis Zootpia movie.
